Information processed

• Tool inputs and results: parameters you pass to our MCP tools (such as coin-flip counts, decision labels, and choices) and the results they return. Labels and choices can contain personal information if you include it. They are used to complete your request and display the result.
• Technical information: our infrastructure providers process connection information, including IP addresses, request headers, and timing, to deliver and protect the service. Our application logs contain the HTTP method, a general route category, status, and duration. Application logs do not contain your labels, choices, request bodies, authorization headers, or full chat history.
• Support correspondence: if you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message.

Purposes and recipients

We use this information to provide our services, display your results, operate and protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests. We do not use tool inputs for advertising or sell them. Requests pass through Cloudflare and run on Microsoft Azure. Those providers process the information needed for hosting, delivery, and security. Results are returned to the AI host you chose, such as ChatGPT or Claude. The host processes your conversation and results under its own terms and privacy policy. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to address abuse or protect legal rights.

Retention

• Tool inputs and results are processed in memory for the request. We do not maintain a database of your inputs or results.
• Widgets may hold recent results in memory while open. Closing or reloading clears that local history; the AI host may retain tool results in the conversation.
• Our application operational logs are retained in Azure Log Analytics for 30 days.
• Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after resolution, unless a longer period is legally required.

Your controls and rights

You can omit optional inputs, close widgets, or disconnect apps in your AI host. Our apps set no advertising or analytics cookies and do not use browser local storage. Manage or delete retained conversations through your AI host's controls. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information we hold. Contact hello@mybytecode.dev. We may need limited information to verify and respond to your request. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the service you request, for legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and answering support requests, and to comply with legal obligations.

Location, audience, and updates

Services are hosted in the United States. Cloudflare and other service providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Our services are intended for people aged 13 or older and are not directed to children under 13. We will publish changes to this policy here with an updated effective date. If a change materially affects how personal information is used, we will provide appropriate notice before it takes effect.
